A: We supply all premium commercial-grade LED lighting, clips, extension cords, and timers. Everything is included — so you don’t have to worry about tangled cords or burnt-out bulbs from last year.
A: Yes, for your, and our peace of mind, we fully insured and carry general liability and workman's compensation. We follow all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations to operate legally in the respective jurisdictions.
A: We provide full-service holiday lighting and decorating — including design consultation, professional installation, in-season maintenance, removal after the holidays, and safe off-season storage of your lights and décor.
A: We proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout Northeast Ohio — including the Chagrin Valley, Lake County, Geauga County, Eastern Cuyahoga County, and Cleveland’s East suburbs . Areas such as Chagrin Falls, Bentleyville, Bainbridge, Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills, Kirtland, Kirtland Hills, Waite Hill, Novelty, Newbury, Munson, Chesterland, Chardon, Shaker Heights, and surrounding communities.
A: For safety and quality control and reasons, we supply and install our own professional-grade products.
We will not install supplied strand lights, but we may be coerced if you have specific décor items you’d like us to incorporate. We’re more than happy to discuss that during the initial design consultation.
A: We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally before mid-October— to secure your preferred date and take advantage of seasonal discounts. We start our installs in October , and go through November, and into part of December. If you book in the middle of the season, it'll usually take about a week or two to get to you.
Some Clients book right after New Year's day to ensure they are on books for the next season, so our schedule can fill up quickly as the next years' holidays approach.
A: Pricing varies greatly depending on the size of your home, length of roofline, and display complexity. Our mminimum job size for residential installations start around $500 and go up from there. Our average project costs about $2,000 and some bigger jobs can be $50,000 or more. We provide free quotes for every project so you'll have no surprises.
A: Yes! Takedown and safe storage are included in every installation package. We’ll schedule removal after the holiday season at a time that works for you. We start taking down after January 5th.
A: Absolutely. We use UL-rated commercial-grade LED lighting that’s energy-efficient and safe for outdoor use. All installations are handled by trained professionals using proper safety equipment.
A: We offer free maintenance throughout the season. If anything goes out, just give us a call—we’ll handle repairs promptly ( usually within 24 to 48 hours) so your display stays bright all season long.
A: Yes—we install commercial displays for storefronts, office buildings, shopping centers, and more. Professional holiday lighting is a great way to attract customers and boost holiday spirit.
A: Yes, we do all off-season storage so you don’t have to worry about finding space for your decorations. When next season comes, we’ll reinstall your display seamlessly.
A: Of course! We can create classic white displays, colorful patterns, or themed designs tailored to your preferences and your home’s architecture. We do mostly stick to the classic red , white , green, or multicolor c9 bulbs, and white mini bulbs. But you have a special request we can accommodate , just ask!
A: We use high-quality, energy-efficient LED lights designed for outdoor use and harsh Ohio winters. They’re long-lasting, bright, and safe.
A: Yes. Work will not be scheduled without a signed contract.
A: Yes we require a down payment to cover material expenses, and to secure your spot on the schedule. Since all lights are commercial grade and custom tailored to your house, We require that all materials must be paid in advance. This usually comes out to about 50% of the total job costs.
A:We monitor weather closely. If conditions aren’t safe for installation, we’ll reschedule for the earliest possible date and keep you updated.
A: Once you reach out to us whether it's through the website, text ,or phone call, somebody will be in touch usually within the next 24 hours, if not much sooner to schedule a time for a consultation.
A: All jobs are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, so depending on how far we are into the season will depend on how fast we can get to you. Typically we can tell you an approximate day, or days, during the consultation. On average, we will be there within a week or two of signing the contract.
A: This is also something that can vary greatly, but typically our Christmas light installs last 2 to 5 days . Only really large installs take much longer than that. This will be estimated during the initial consultation.
A: Yes! We also provide lighting for weddings, parties, holidays and other celebrations. Let us know your event and we’ll create a design that fits the occasion.
A: We gladly accept Cash, Checks, BTC, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, most major credit cards, Bitcoin, and gold bullion. A deposit will be required to secure your installation date.
A: We start taking lights down around January 2nd of every year. We understand that some people like to keep them up longer than others, so we try to schedule accordingly. All lights will be taken down and stored, at latest, by the end of February, barring scheduling conflicts or weather.
A: We are in Chesterland, Ohio off of Mayfield Road. I run the business out of my shop that we also run our contracting business out of the rest of the year.
A: We do our best to give an affordable product at a very high quality. Prices are determined mostly by lineal footage and complexity of design, so it's hard to compare.
If put on the spot, I would say that we are pretty competitive in our pricing, but not cheap. We only use the highest quality materials and refuse to cut corners.
